Direct Tire Supply Co. is a registered DBA of M&M Tire LLC ("Direct Tire Supply," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing directtiresupply.com, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

We sell both new and quality used tires and wheels. Every used tire is hand-inspected before it is listed, and its tread depth and condition are described as accurately as we can measure them. Used tires are sold as used goods — minor cosmetic wear is normal and expected.

Photos are representative. For used inventory, the specific item you receive is the one inspected and tagged for that listing. DOT date codes, tread depth, and any noted blemishes are disclosed on the product page where available.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but in the event of an obvious pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Card payments are processed securely through Authorize.net. Your full card number is tokenized by Authorize.net and never touches or is stored on our servers. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including the item price, applicable tax, and shipping.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders over $200 ship free; otherwise a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

Local pickup is available at our shop at 3204 Camp Jackson Rd, Cahokia Heights, IL 62206. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon pickup.

Tires are covered by our 60-day satisfaction return policy and a 1-year manufacturer-defect warranty, subject to the conditions described on our Returns & Warranty page. Mounted or used tires cannot be returned under the satisfaction policy, and defect claims require professional installation and supporting documentation.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraud.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping at a scale that degrades service, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All site content, branding, and product photography is owned by Direct Tire Supply or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Tires are safety-critical components. They must be installed, mounted, and balanced by a qualified professional and maintained at the correct inflation pressure. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, overloading, or continued use of a worn or damaged tire.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item at issue. We disclaim all implied warranties except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Clair County, Illinois.
