Direct Tire Supply Co. is a registered DBA of M&M Tire LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), based at 3204 Camp Jackson Rd, Cahokia Heights, IL 62206. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use directtiresupply.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and the contents of your order. If you create an account, we store your profile and saved vehicle/garage information. If you contact us or leave a review, we keep that correspondence.

Payment information: card payments are handled by Authorize.net. We do not receive or store your full card number — Authorize.net tokenizes it. We retain only non-sensitive transaction details such as the card brand, the last four digits, and the authorization result.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, we collect basic device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through cookies and analytics to keep the site secure and improve it.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to process and ship your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, provide customer support, handle returns and warranty claims, prevent fraud, comply with our legal obligations, and — only if you opt in — send you marketing emails about deals and new arrivals.

10. Children's privacy

Our site is intended for adults purchasing automotive products. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
